【摘要】:Thistestmethodformeasuringtheelectricalresistivityofwater-barriermembrane-pavementsystemsmaybeinterpretedtoindicatetheeffectivenessofsuchsystems.Thistestmethodispredicatedonthefactthatanelectricalconnectionbetweenthesurfaceofthepavementandthereinforcingsteelintheconcretepavementcannotbemadethroughanimpermeablewater-barriermembrane.Thistestmethodmaybeusedforacceptancewhentheacceptingagencyspecifiestheminimumresistancevaluedesired.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthemeasurementoftheelectricalresistivityofwater-barriermembrane-pavementsystemswhenappliedtoconcretebridgedecks.1.2Measurementsshallbeperformedonthebituminouspavementsurfacecoveringthewater-barriermembrane.1.3Thistestmethodutilizesameasureofelectricalresistancebetweenthesaturatedtopsurfaceofthewater-barriermembraneandthereinforcingsteelembeddedintheconcretebridgedeck.1.4Thevaluesmeasuredrepresenttheelectricalresistanceobtainedwiththeequipmentandproceduresstatedhereinanddonotnecessarilyagreeorcorrelatewiththoseusingotherequipmentorprocedures.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
